Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Australia. If you’d like your order faster, you can choose express shipping for $4.95 at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within Australia only, but we’re working on expanding to more regions soon.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. Standard delivery takes around 3–7 business days, depending on your location, and express shipping is usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right. Please email info@ausire.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue so our team can arrange a replacement.
