We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Australia.

If you’d like your order sooner, choose Express Shipping for $4.95 at checkout.

All orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please note that express shipping does not guarantee same-day dispatch but your order will be prioritised for processing.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re happy to make it right.
Please email info@ausire.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage, and our team will arrange a replacement for you.

Important Note

Please inspect your order upon arrival. We’re unable to process claims for damaged items reported more than 14 days after delivery.
