International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping on our C10 Instant Hair Refresh Spray. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind.

However, if your bottle of C10 Instant Hair Refresh Spray arrives damaged, we are happy to replace it for you. Please email info@ausire.com with a picture of the damage and your order number to initiate a return.

Important Note:

Please be sure to inspect your order upon arrival. We cannot accept claims for damaged bottles received more than 14 days after delivery.
