We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders, with express delivery available for $4.95 at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days, and tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@ausire.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
